Make a vacation out of your visit to the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival by planning some seriously fun and adventurous activities your whole group can enjoy! From Wine Tasting and Shopping, to Tubing and Hiking, the Lake George Area has a plethora of activities to enjoy while you’re in town for the Festival! We highly recommend these things to do …. support the businesses that make the festival possible!

Queensbury Tasting Room
Lake George Tasting Room

Adirondack Winery is a great spot to stop in to enjoy wine and delicious food! With two locations, you can walk over to the Lake George Tasting Room right on Canada Street, close by to the festival commons, or stop by the Queensbury Tasting Room off exit 18 for a more elevated experience. At both locations, enjoy a wine tasting, Extreme Heights Cidery and whiskey flight, wine and cider by the glass, charcuterie boards, and more! Explore their additional menu items at the Queensbury location including cocktail flight, flatbreads, sandwiches (gluten-free options available), soup, brunch offerings and more!  Sit out on their patio and enjoy the fresh air or hang out inside for a cozy ambiance! They offer tours the winemaking facility and their Private Event spaces are worth checking out! Also, don’t miss their extensive list of events, including live music, trivia, Uncork & Craft events, and more!

Taste NY, our Official Culinary & Cocktail Tent Presenter, highlights the quality, diversity, and economic impact of food and beverages grown, produced, or processed in New York State. They encourage New Yorkers and visitors alike to experience the quality of Taste NY.

Check them out at the Adirondacks Welcome Center, a comfortable and modern gateway to the Adirondacks. Food and beverages sourced from the region and other locations in New York can be found throughout the welcome center. Visitors can find everything from craft sodas, locally sourced water, maple syrup and maple novelties, honey, jams, sauces, artisan cheese, fresh milk, ice cream, nuts, snack, and candy. Prepared foods like sandwiches and salads, plus non-food items like pottery, are also available in the welcome center.
