2026 Mixology Recipes

The 2026 Festival showed off some incredible talent under the Taste NY Culinary & Cocktail Tent, creating the perfect 10-year celebration! Between all the competitions & demos, there was something for everyone to watch. Mixaritas Mobile Bartending kindly held multiple demonstrations showcasing amazing drinks, using vendor products! Below, find the recipes used & make your own version at home. If you do make one, be sure to post it & show us!

Lemon Meringue Spritz

Lemon Curd Cold Foam

  • Heavy cream
  • A small amount of half-and-half
  • Lemon curd
  • Tiny splash of vanilla syrup
  • Whip with a frother until pourable

Orange Creamsicle Espresso Martini

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam

  • Heavy cream
  • A small amount of half-and-half
  • 1 oz vanilla syrup (to taste)
  • Whip with a frother until pourable

Adirondack Red Hot Sangria

  • Adirondack Winery Red Wine (750 ml)
  • Red Chili Pepper Syrup (light touch)
  • Orange juice (1/2 cup)
  • Splash of sparkling cider
  • Strawberries (2 sliced thin)
  • Raspberries (5 whole)
  • Blackberries (5 whole)
  • Granny Smith Apples (1 whole, diced)
  • Lemons (1 sliced thin)
  • Limes (1 sliced thin)

*Prepare 24 hours in advance and store in the fridge
