Culinary & Mixology Tent

The Culinary & Mixology Tent presents cooking and cocktail demonstrations performed by Executive Chef Eric Hudson, Mixaritas Mobile Bartending Service, and other special guests! The chefs and mixologists utilize products from our festival vendors in their recipes.
In addition to the demonstrations, the chefs and mixologists will compete in ‘Iron Chef’ style competitions each day of the festival – influencer judges will put their taste buds to the ultimate test and choose the winners!

Meet the Chefs and Mixologists!

Executive Chef Eric Hudson

Hudson’s Private Chef Services specializes in private in-home occasions where Chef Eric Hudson will take care of all the food you need while you enjoy your friends and family. We had the pleasure of getting a glimpse of his skills in the kitchen and boy did he knock it out of the park! Click here to view what he whipped up for us.

Mixologist Kelli Hatin

Mixaritas brings the party to YOU! Their mobile bartending service features professional knowledgeable mixologists, and custom cocktails/mocktails to fit your party needs. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or just a girl’s night out Mixaritas allows you to sit back and enjoy the fun!

Kelli also operates Mixafusion – she uses her own handmade infused natural simple syrups in so many of her cocktail recipes!

Chef Josh Spencer

Chef Josh Spencer is the mastermind behind each culinary dish at Reared & Roasted. His experience working at some of the top restaurants in Saratoga Springs, NY has helped finite his culinary skills. Before pursuing his passion full time, he worked at Osteria Danny, which was voted Best Pasta in 2020 by Saratoga Living Magazine. Reared and Roasted’s Private Chef Experience is interactive and hands on. They source only the best local farms and International Markets for our menus.

Mixologist Kevin Kearbey

Kevin Kearbey is the resident Mixologist at Lucy’s Bar in Saratoga Springs; known for being a cozy & eclectic place where everyone​ can be themselves; Lucy’s signature is good drinks, walking tacos, and their famous “A LUCY” Cocktail!

Chef Adam Savage

Chef Adam Savage is the Director of Culinary for Spruce Hospitality. He oversees some of the region’s most popular dining destinations such as The Queensbury Hotel, Fenimore’s Pub, Park 26 and Seymour’s at the Ticonderoga Golf Course. Before joining Spruce Hospitality, he built an extensive resume with experience as Executive Chef of The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, NY as well as roles at The Breakers Hotel, The Sanibel Harbor Resort and Delray Beach Marriott in Florida.

Mixologist Nate Danker

Nate Danker is a resident Mixologist at Cantina Restaurant in Saratoga Springs. Owners Jeff & Heath Ames have a passion for great food and cocktails, and a strong commitment to keeping downtown Saratoga Springs vibrant and giving back to the local community.

Nate Danker takes on Roman Skorko of Farmacy in the Sunday Mystery Box Mixology Competition at 2:30pm!

Chef Colin Miner

Chef Colin Miner, Head Chef at [farmacy] restobar in Glens Falls, is a repeat guest of the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival! Chef Miner started as head pastry chef under Dale Miller while only in his teens, played in a hardcore band, and then landed the spot of Head Chef at the Queensbury Hotel, where he earned recognition for his bold dishes.

“I try to be very loud with food, and I can’t color inside the lines,” said Miner in a Times Union interview. “I want dinner to be an experience.”

Chef Miner is performing our last Culinary Demonstration on Sunday at 3:30pm!

Mixologist Roman Skorko

Roman Skorko is a resident Mixologist at [farmacy] restobar in downtown Glens Falls. Mixology is serious business at [farmacy]! Modern twists on old favorites, all having their own unique stories, using the freshest ingredients they can get their paws on. They pride themselves on their spirit collection and are adding to it often. Ask what is new or unique and Roman would be happy to share it with you.
