2025 Mixology Recipes

The 2025 Fest brought some incredible talent to the Culinary & Mixology tent! Between all the competitions & demos, there was something for everyone to watch. Mixaritas Mobile Bartending kindly held multiple demonstrations showcasing amazing drinks, using vendor products! Below, find the recipes used & make your own version at home. If you do make one, be sure to post them & show us!

Blueberry Old Fashioned

  • 2oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2-1oz Blueberry Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes classic bitters
  • Orange slice or twist & maraschino cherry or rosemary & fresh blueberries to garnish

In a glass (or cocktail shaker), stir together the whiskey, syrup, and bitters. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish.

Pina Colada Spritz

  • 2oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1oz Cream of Coconut
  • 2oz Wine (Ex: “Escape“) or Seltzer for a Mocktail
  • Fresh pineapple & cherry to garnish

Add pineapple juice and cream of coconut to your shaker with ice and shake until cold. Pour into a clean glass with ice. Top with wine. Garnish with a pineapple wedge & maraschino cherry.

Lavender Cucumber Mint Cooler

  • 1oz Mixa-Fusion Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 1oz Coconut Water
  • 2oz Lavender Wine (Ex: “Serenity“)
  • 2-3oz Club Soda (to taste)
  • 1 large sprig fresh mint
  • Cucumber & Lime slices

Take the simple syrup & mint and muddle together in your glass. Add ice and stir. Then add the Coconut Water, Lavender Wine, and Club Soda. Garnish with a fresh lime slice, cucumber slice, and sprig of mint.

Dubai Chocolate Martini

The French 75

Combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds). Strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass. Top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Toasted Vanilla Bean and Bourbon Brulee

  • 2oz Bourbon
  • 1/2oz Mixa-Fusion Vanilla Bean Syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Carmalized Sugar for rim
  • Toasted Vanilla Bean for garnish

Dip the cocktail glass rim in Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup, then into sugar. Use a torch to caramelize the sugar, carefully. In a shaker, add the Bourbon, Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup, and Bitters along with ice.
Shake quickly to chill and mix, then strain over fresh ice in your serving glass. Garnish with a toasted Vanilla Bean.

Grapefruit Beer-Mosa

Pour the Grapefruit into a glass with ice and stir to chill. Add Beer and Sparkling Wine/Prosecco. Garnish with a Grapefruit Slice.

Espresso Martini

Add Vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and ice to a shaker. Shake briskly and strain into a clean glass. Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans.

Blueberry Gin Fizz

Combine gin, juice, and blueberry syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until completely chilled. Strain into 2 chilled glasses. Top with club soda and garnish with mint, lime wedge, and extra blueberries.

 

Strawberry Chai Spritz

Add fresh ice to a glass and then pour in 3 oz of  “Soaring Strawberry” Wine. Next, add 1 ½ oz Mixa-Fusion’s Chai Spice Simple Syrup and 1 ½ oz Saratoga Sparkling Water, Club Soda, or your favorite bubbles. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy.
